Free Non Fault Accident Management
The InstructorClub has arranged for MSL the leading driving school legal expenses and accident management company to provide free non fault accident management services to InstructorClub members.
If you or any member of your family are involved in a non fault accident MSL will deal with the claim in its entirety on your behalf they will deal with both your insurance company and the third party insurance company in respect of damage personal injury and loss of earnings they will also supply you with a vehicle for the duration of any repair this will be a dual control car for instructors.
Unlimited use of a dual controlled replacement car - delivered to the instructor either on the
same day or within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) following a non-fault accident
MSL Total Claims Management - fully manages your claim and REMOVES YOUR EXCESS if you have a non-fault accident and one of MSL’s approved repairers carries out the work
MSL legal expenses - £100,000 cover to pursue a claim against a third party for uninsured losses sustained following a non-fault accident - such as your policy excess, loss of earnings, injuries, damaged clothing, sundry expenses etc - please see attached
